Shinaru: Thalasin Emotions

Note: This is an NSFW post due to body horror. Click on the image to view the unblurred version.

A chart meme I made of my character Shinaru making the expressions in <THALASIN>, the fake advertisement and analog horror video from BLUE_CHANNEL. Normal Anime Girl

This is a completely normal anime schoolgirl. There is nothing wrong with her and all her proportions are perfectly in place.

A realistic rendition of one of the phases from the Mr. Incredible Becomes Uncanny meme. This meme was popular in 2022, with the premise being listing items that get worse and worse while Mr Incredible’s appearance becomes more ‘uncanny’ (basically devolving into body horror with increasingly disturbing music).

Single Layer Challenge: Venturing

As a digital artist, I am accustomed to using layers in my illustrations. For a challenge, I decided to try painting a piece using only a single layer. It was engaging to plan and render this piece, figuring out how to create depth and include a character with no extra layers to work with.
